The service department staff is the best in town. They are good at their jobs and keep you posted on your vehicle.

I had a good experience with Red River Chevy. My wife and I are busy with 4 kids and 2 careers, and I don't have a lot of time for exploring the "car" world. Eric, our sales associate, was fantastic and helpful with some of my questions about what to buy given what we needed. Our process began months ago, but he stayed in touch, and took my questions as I thought about it. Mr. Payne in finance was very patient and explained what I need to handle once we made a decision. No pressure, just patience. A good experience.

Buying a new car was honestly something I was dreading, but Deanna Bass made my experience so enjoyable! I had called ahead of time and told her which car I was interested in. When I arrived, she had several different types and colors of the one I was interested in lined up for me to compare. Once I picked the one I wanted, the process was so easy. Her service technician is always detailed and professional. My truck is a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 with almost 500,000 miles. It still has the original drive train and engine.
