My experience at Red River Chevrolet has always been good. Ashley is my service representative and she is always on point. She contacts me throughout the service and keeps me informed on all details. Her service technician is always detailed and professional. My truck is a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 with almost 500,000 miles. It still has the original drive train and engine.

The culture at Red River Chevrolet is the reason for this success in customer service. Their customer service is what has brought me back since 1998 to buy all my new vehicles. They care about me and my vehicle. All the maintenance and repairs on my vehicles since 1998 have been done at Red River as a result. Leadership is the reason for the Culture of Service at Red River Chevrolet. Harold in the Service Department is a valuable member of that team and makes the customer feel special. Finally, Jordan Harbuck is the reason I am giving Red River the highest marks. She is excellent at her job. Jordan is a strong team member!! She understands what the customer wants. I will always ask for Jordan as my Service Dept Repr.

This was a fairly quick and simple visit. Got serviced an inspection completed in about an hour.

Great service from setting the appointment to following up while in service bay to check out. The tire warranty has paid for itself already! Thanks to our salesperson, Joe Frazier, and all those who have worked with us since we purchased our Silverado.

Red River Chevrolet went above and beyond to help me get in a truck on a very short time frame.
