Buying a new car was honestly something I was dreading, but Deanna Bass made my experience so enjoyable! I had called ahead of time and told her which car I was interested in. When I arrived, she had several different types and colors of the one I was interested in lined up for me to compare. Once I picked the one I wanted, the process was so easy. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours! I am extremely pleased with the entire process! She knew all of the features of my new car, and was able to show me, which was very helpful. I will definitely recommend her and Red River Chevrolet to others!

My experience at Red River Chevrolet has always been good. Ashley is my service representative and she is always on point. She contacts me throughout the service and keeps me informed on all details. Her service technician is always detailed and professional. My truck is a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 with almost 500,000 miles. It still has the original drive train and engine.
I like Chevrolets. I like Red River Chevrolet. I like their Service Department. I like Jordan Harbuck. Red River Chevrolet understands customer service!! They do it right. The culture at Red River Chevrolet is the reason for this success in customer service. Their customer service is what has brought me back since 1998 to buy all my new vehicles. They care about me and my vehicle. All the maintenance and repairs on my vehicles since 1998 have been done at Red River as a result. Leadership is the reason for the Culture of Service at Red River Chevrolet. Harold in the Service Department is a valuable member of that team and makes the customer feel special. Finally, Jordan Harbuck is the reason I am giving Red River the highest marks. She is excellent at her job. Jordan is a strong team member!! She understands what the customer wants. I will always ask for Jordan as my Service Dept Repr.
This was a fairly quick and simple visit. Got serviced an inspection completed in about an hour.
